    These Terms govern access to and use of the services provided through islamicloud.com. By accessing or using our API or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Description of the Service

    Islamicloud provides an application programming interface (API) offering Islamic-related data and features, including but not limited to prayer times, Qibla direction, calendar data, textual religious content, metadata, and references to third-party media streams.

    Islamicloud does not host, store, transmit, cache, or rebroadcast third-party audio or radio streams. Where media stream URLs are provided, playback occurs directly between the end user's device and the respective third-party provider.

    All third-party sources are attributed where applicable.

    2. Account Registration and API Keys

    You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

    You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

    We may suspend or revoke API access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or operational reasons.

    3. Subscription and Payment

    Access to certain API features may require a paid subscription.

    All fees must be paid in accordance with your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

    Refunds are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

    Platform rejection, marketplace removal, or business loss does not automatically qualify for a refund.

    4. License Grant and Usage Restrictions

    Subject to compliance with these Terms, Islamicloud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the API within your own applications.

    You may: Display API content within your own app or service. Provide view-only access to end users inside your application.

    You may not: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the API as a competing service. Provide raw API access to third parties. Circumvent rate limits or security controls. Remove attribution or source information. Reverse engineer or scrape beyond intended API functionality.

    No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.

    5. Third-Party Content and Streaming References

    The API may include URLs or references to third-party content, including radio streams and other media.

    You acknowledge and agree that: Islamicloud does not host, control, modify, or rebroadcast third-party streams. Playback occurs directly between the user and the third-party provider. We do not guarantee the legality, licensing status, availability, or continued accessibility of third-party content. Access to third-party URLs does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the underlying content.

    You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party content complies with applicable copyright laws and platform policies.

    6. Attribution Requirements

    Where attribution or source identification is provided within API responses, you must clearly display such attribution within your application.

    You may not remove, alter, obscure, or misrepresent content sources.

    7. Platform Compliance

    Islamicloud does not guarantee that applications built using the API will be approved by any marketplace or distribution platform, including but not limited to the Apple App Store or Google Play.

    You are solely responsible for ensuring your application complies with all platform policies and applicable laws.

    Islamicloud shall not be liable for: App rejection, account suspension, marketplace removal, revenue loss, or regulatory action.

    8. Service Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific endpoints or third-party references, at any time for legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

    We are not liable for service interruptions or removal of content sources.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in the API, documentation, branding, and original content owned by Islamicloud remain our exclusive property.

    Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

    Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of intellectual property to Subscribers.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

    Islamicloud disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or error-free operation.

    Use of the Service is at your own risk.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Pakistan: Islamicloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

    Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Islamicloud in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Islamicloud, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal costs arising from: Your application or service, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of third-party content, or your violation of any law or platform policy.

    13. Termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time.

    We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, legal risk, abuse, or non-payment.

    Upon termination, your right to use the API ceases immediately.

    14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

    Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.

    The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration laws of Pakistan.

    The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
